Position - PV Billing (Engineer/Officer)
Qualification - Graduate/Diploma or B tech
Experience - 5 years in Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects & Railway Projects.
Location - Jaipur Head Office

- Price Variation / Escalation Billing
- Preparation of Price Variation (PV) / Escalation Claims as per contract price-adjustment formula.
- Collection and verification of applicable indices, WPI/CPI, labour indices, steel, cement, fuel and other material indices from the specified contractual sources.
- Calculation of month-wise price variation for eligible work executed during the relevant billing period.
- Maintaining detailed PV calculation sheets, supporting documents and index records.
- Verification of base date, reference indices, weighting factors, coefficients and applicable formula as per contract conditions.
- Identification of negative/positive price variation and its financial impact on the project.
- Contractual & Commercial Billing
- Detailed study of LOA, Agreement, GCC/SCC, BOQ, Schedule of Payments and Price Adjustment Clauses.
- Ensuring billing is strictly in accordance with contractual provisions.
- Preparation of claims for extra items, substituted items, deviation items and additional quantities.
- Monitoring contractual limits for deviations and variation orders.
- Preparation of EOT-related financial claims, compensation claims and other contractual entitlements wherever applicable.
Responsible for preparation and certification of Price Variation/Escalation Claims and contractual commercial claims for Railway Electrification, OHE/PSI, Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects. Experienced in BOQ measurement, MB/e-MB verification, quantity and material reconciliation, contract price-adjustment calculations, WPI/CPI and applicable contractual indices, extra/deviation items, EOT claims, client coordination, bill tracking and payment follow-up. Preparation of billing MIS, cash-flow forecasts and reconciliation of executed, certified and paid values while ensuring compliance with LOA, Agreement, GCC/SCC and applicable Railway/Utility specifications.
