Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation
- Strengthen HR frameworks across corporate, retail, and sales functions
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead hiring strategy for:
- Retail/QSR operations
- Sales & distribution teams
- Corporate leadership and functional roles
- Build scalable models for high-volume frontline hiring
- Drive employer branding in FMCG, retail, and QSR segments
- Performance & Talent Management
- Design and implement performance management frameworks across levels
- Build succession planning and leadership development programs
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent
- Learning & Capability Building
- Drive capability development for:
- Retail teams (customer experience, service excellence)
- Sales teams (channel management, distribution effectiveness)
- Corporate teams (leadership and functional capability)
- Establish structured L&D frameworks and training programs
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Strengthen a performance-driven and customer-centric culture
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives, especially for frontline workforce
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives
- Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation structures
- Implement sales incentive and retail performance-linked reward programs
- Ensure internal parity and market competitiveness
- HR Operations & Digitization
- Oversee HR operations including HRIS, payroll governance, and employee lifecycle
- Drive HR digitization and automation initiatives
- Leverage HR analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Business Expansion & Transformation
- Support expansion into new retail formats and markets
- Drive HR readiness for scaling operations across regions
- Lead change management initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- 12+ years of HR experience
- Strong exposure to FMCG / Retail / QSR / Consumer Business
- Proven experience managing multi-location retail workforce
- Strong experience in talent management, engagement, and large-scale hiring
- Experience in promoter-driven or fast-growing organizations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills
