Requirements & Preferred Experience.
- Professional Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership, with a strong track record of steering large-scale HR operations in high-growth environments.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, QSR, or Consumer Products is highly preferred.
- Multi-Site Scale: Proven ability to manage, scale, and align distributed, multi-location, or pan-India retail and field sales workforces.
- Agile Business Agility: Hands-on experience navigating the speed, matrix complexity, and stakeholder dynamics of promoter-led or rapidly expanding organizations.
