Role Description The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations for Khimji Jewellers, ensuring strong financial governance and supporting strategic business decisions. This full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack involves leading budgeting and forecasting processes, managing cash flow, and overseeing financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations. The Head of Finance will prepare and review financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and provide analytical insights to support senior leadership. Daily responsibilities include supervising the finance team, optimizing internal controls, coordinating with external auditors and banks, and contributing to pricing, investment, and expansion decisions. The role also includes developing financial policies, improving systems and processes, and partnering with other departments to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong command of core finance disciplines, including Finance, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience leading finance teams and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance applicable to the jewellery or retail sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in Cuttack.
