global tax teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial, operational, compliance and reputational risks; strengthen business continuity,
delegated authorities and control ownership.
GCC scale, transformation and leadership
• Build and continuously improve a fit-for-purpose finance operating model, systems, processes and automation as the GCC
scales across teams, services or locations.
• Attract, lead and develop a high-performing finance team; build succession, technical depth and a culture of integrity,
inclusion, accountability and continuous improvement.
Global stakeholder partnership
• Build trusted relationships across global finance, business leaders, treasury, tax, legal, risk, audit and external advisors; align
local execution with global strategy and standards.
• Represent finance in the GCC leadership team and communicate financial performance, risks and decisions crisply to senior
stakeholders and governance forums.
Experience and qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; equivalent senior finance qualification with substantial leadership experience may be
considered.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership across controllership, FP&A, tax, audit,
compliance and financial governance.
• Demonstrated experience in a fintech, financial services or regulated, technology-enabled business; experience leading or
supporting an India GCC/captive centre is strongly preferred.
• Track record of scaling finance capabilities, improving controls and processes, and translating complex financial information
into executive-level decisions.
