Key Requirements
- CA qualified with 12+ years of experience.
- Proven experience managing finance and operations across a cluster of hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
- Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, MIS, compliance, cost control, and operational performance.
- Experience leading multi-location teams and driving business and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan healthcare regulations and financial compliance preferred.
