Key Responsibilities:
• Drive budgeting, forecasting & long-term financial planning
• Lead finalization and preparation of financial statements
• Manage accounting, reporting & statutory compliance
• Lead, mentor & develop the finance team
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants & legal advisors
• Identify cost optimization opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams for business growth
