Job details:
The opportunity
Help build and run the business—not just its sales pipeline.
Rinnovar is building across FinTech, SaaS and technology, starting with PayFlo. We are looking for a commercially driven leader to join our founding team, work directly with the founder and take ownership of business development and strategic partnerships.
This is a hands-on opportunity to influence our commercial direction, build enterprise relationships, win business and develop the team and processes that support our growth.
What you will own
- Commercial strategy: Help decide which customers, sectors and markets to pursue, how we position our offering commercially and where to focus our resources.
- Enterprise acquisition: Personally lead opportunities from prospecting and decision-maker engagement through proposals, negotiation, closure and customer activation.
- Strategic partnerships: Build productive relationships with enterprises, payment providers, banks, technology platforms and channel partners.
- Account growth: Turn customer relationships into sustained business, identify expansion opportunities and remain accountable beyond the signed agreement.
- The business development function: Establish pipeline management, forecasting and sales processes; build and lead the commercial team as the business grows.
Who we are looking for
- A proven track record of personally originating, closing and growing B2B business in payments, FinTech, SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong, active market relationships with relevant founders, business leaders, finance decision-makers or ecosystem partners—and the ability to build new relationships.
- The ability to sell through a clear understanding of customer needs, commercial value and product capabilities—not rely solely on an established employer’s brand.
- Strong negotiation, communication and commercial judgement, with the willingness to execute personally rather than only delegate.
- An ownership mindset: comfortable with uncertainty, proactive about solving problems and accountable for business outcomes. Travel and hospitality experience or relationships are an advantage.
What success looks like
A qualified, progressing pipeline; activated customers; partnerships that generate business; and measurable revenue contribution. We value relationships that produce results—not simply contact lists, introductions or headline processing volumes.
Why join Rinnovar?
You will have a place in the founding leadership team, direct involvement in commercial decisions and responsibility for building a core part of the company.
You will work alongside the founder to shape the business, establish its commercial foundations and build the organisation—not step into a narrowly defined sales position.
- Compensation and potential ESOP participation will be discussed openly and agreed based on scope and commitment. Any ESOP participation will be subject to formal terms and applicable approvals.
