Career Mantra is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team.
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 0–4 Years
Salary: ₹3–8 LPA + Incentives
Responsibilities
• Generate B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking
• Connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Present our services and partnership opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and close business deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM
Requirements
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Interest in Sales & Business Development
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable with calling and client interaction
✅ Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings when required
