Job details:
Help KoreVity win its first US customers and build the commercial function from the ground up.
KoreVity is building an Intelligent Operations Platform for SMB and mid-market businesses, bringing together business knowledge, AI, intelligent automation, and operational intelligence.
We don't aim to replace the software businesses already use. We help businesses get more intelligence and value from their existing knowledge, data, systems, and processes.
We're preparing for commercial launch and looking for a US-based Business Development Partner who can help establish our early commercial presence, create qualified opportunities, and win our first customers.
This isn't a traditional sales role where you'll inherit a mature pipeline and established playbook.
You'll help build them.
Your First Mission
Your initial objective is straightforward:
Help KoreVity acquire its first paying customers in the United States.
You'll work directly with the founder to identify suitable businesses, open conversations with decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, introduce KoreVity, and move qualified opportunities through discovery and toward a commercial relationship.
What we learn from these early customer conversations will also help shape KoreVity's positioning, pricing, sales methodology, and US go-to-market strategy.
- What You'll DoOwn outbound prospecting across the US market.
- Reach founders, business owners, CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Identify SMB and mid-market businesses that are a strong fit for KoreVity.
- Start relevant conversations through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other outbound channels.
- Understand each prospect's operational challenges, workflows, systems, and priorities.
- Lead or participate in discovery conversations.
- Present KoreVity in terms of business outcomes rather than simply product features.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
- Bring customer and market feedback directly into our commercial strategy.
- Help develop a repeatable US sales process as the company grows.
This is consultative selling. We're looking for someone who asks good questions and understands the business before recommending a solution.

Who We're Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Are based in the United States and understand the US B2B market.
- Have experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or outbound growth.
- Have sold to SMB or mid-market businesses.
- Are comfortable starting conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Can prospect independently rather than relying entirely on inbound leads.
- Understand how to uncover operational problems and translate them into business opportunities.
- Communicate confidently and professionally.
- Are disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management.
- Prefer consultative selling over aggressive or transactional selling.
- Are interested in AI, automation, SaaS, Business Intelligence, or operational technology.
- Are comfortable working in an early-stage environment where commercial processes are still being created.
Experience selling technology, automation, analytics, AI, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation solutions is valuable, but zero-to-one B2B selling ability matters more to us than a particular job title.
Target Customers
Our initial focus is operationally complex SMB and mid-market businesses in the United States.
Potential sectors include:
- Logistics
- Supply chain
- Manufacturing
- E-commerce
- Professional services
- Other businesses dealing with fragmented knowledge, disconnected systems, manual workflows, or operational complexity
Our initial objective is not to sell to everyone.
It's to identify businesses where KoreVity can solve a meaningful operational problem and demonstrate measurable value.
What We Provide
You won't be expected to build software or manage technical implementation.
KoreVity provides:
- Product and technical support.
- Product demonstrations.
- Sales and training materials.
- Proposal and implementation frameworks.
- Business Intelligence expertise.
- Workflow automation expertise.
- Lead-generation and outreach tools.
- Direct founder support throughout the sales process.
Your focus is creating opportunities, understanding customer needs, building trusted relationships, and closing business.
Compensation
This is an early-stage, performance-based opportunity.
There is currently no guaranteed base salary.
Compensation includes:
- Commission on successfully closed customer implementations.
- 20% participation in recurring monthly revenue generated from customers you originate.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Potential long-term equity participation tied to clearly defined milestones and sustained contribution.
The detailed structure will be agreed with suitable candidates before engagement.
Candidates who require an immediate guaranteed salary should not apply.
We're transparent about this because we're looking for someone specifically interested in helping build an early-stage commercial function and participating in the value they help create.
The opportunity will initially operate as an independent contractor relationship, with the potential to develop into a significant long-term commercial leadership role as KoreVity grows.
Why Join KoreVity?
You'll be joining before the US commercial playbook has been written.
That means you'll have the opportunity to influence:
- US go-to-market strategy.
- Customer acquisition.
- Sales methodology.
- Commercial positioning.
- Pricing.
- Partnerships.
- Customer experience.
- Future commercial team development.
For the right person who demonstrates sustained contribution, there is an opportunity to grow into significant commercial leadership within KoreVity.
How to Apply
Please apply with your LinkedIn profile or résumé and briefly answer:
1. How would you approach finding KoreVity's first 10 qualified US prospects?
2. Tell us about something you've sold where there was limited brand recognition, inbound demand, or an established sales process. What did you personally do?
3. Are you comfortable beginning without a guaranteed base salary and working initially through performance-based compensation?
4. What types of US SMB or mid-market decision-makers have you sold to?
5. What would you aim to accomplish during your first 90 days?
We're less interested in polished applications than in understanding how you think, sell, and build.
