Job Title: Head of Engineering – Industrial Products
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Salary - 12 LPA
Open to candidates from Tamil Nadu and Kerala who are willing to relocate.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably Industrial Products / Heavy Engineering.
- 3+ years in Engineering Leadership, managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Design, Process Development & Continuous Improvement.
- Good knowledge of Steel Materials, Grades & Metallurgy.
- Proficiency in CREO, Windchill, PDM Link and CAD/PDM tools.
- Experience with Jigs, Fixtures, Testing, Validation & Benchmarking.
- Knowledge of Industrial/International Standards and validation methodologies.
- Strong exposure to IMS/QMS, Audits, Compliance & Quality Systems.
- Expertise in Cost Optimization, Value Engineering & Process Standardization.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership across Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Sales & R&D.
- M.E./M.Tech. or relevant Design/Quality certifications will be an added advantage.

A B.E. Mechanical Engineer with 12–20 years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years in engineering team leadership, skilled in product design, process development, steel materials, testing & validation, jigs & fixtures, and CREO / Windchill / PDM Link. Ideal candidates come from industrial products, power transmission, or heavy engineering backgrounds with experience in quality systems, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
