Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Karur. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Twins Consultancy’s insurance and investment services. Responsibilities include planning and managing marketing activities, creating and reviewing promotional content, coordinating with sales and advisory teams, and strengthening brand positioning across offline and digital channels. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and tracking campaign performance to improve lead generation and client engagement. The Marketing Manager will also support client education initiatives, events, and local outreach programs aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management focused on financial services.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media marketing, and basic content creation for online channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage clients.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; experience in insurance, investments, or financial advisory is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and common marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Karur and engaging with local markets and client communities.
