Job Description
VRG Group is looking for an experienced Wind Energy Professional to independently monitor and manage windmill sites across different locations.
The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, monitoring windmill generation and machine performance, coordinating with O&M teams and vendors, and ensuring safety and proper maintenance at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to windmill sites.
- Record and report daily windmill generation readings.
- Monitor machine performance and downtime.
- Coordinate with O&M teams and vendors for breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure safety compliance at the site.
- Maintain accurate site logs and operational records.
- Act as the single point of contact for site operations.
- Manage site activities independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in wind energy site operations / O&M monitoring.
- Knowledge of windmill/turbine readings and log recording.
- Basic understanding of the wind energy generation process.
- Good knowledge of site safety practices.
- Vendor and O&M team coordination skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills for daily reporting.
- Ability to work independently at remote sites.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
