🚀 We're Hiring: Hardware CTO – Defence UAV Electronics
📍 Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid)
Preferred: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
An aspiring defence technology company is looking for an experienced Hardware CTO to lead the architecture and development of next-generation indigenous UAV electronics for defence applications.
What You'll Build
- EW-resilient UAV electronic architecture
- Anti-jamming and anti-spoofing GNSS navigation systems
- Secure, resilient, and long-range Command & Control (C2) links
- RF communication hardware and high-speed digital electronics
- Embedded hardware, power electronics, and avionics
- EMI/EMC-compliant, ruggedized hardware for defence applications
- Hardware platforms from concept through prototype, validation, and production
What We're Looking For
- 8–15+ years of hardware product development experience
- Successfully delivered 2 or more production-ready hardware products
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following:
- RF & Microwave Electronics
- GNSS / PNT Systems
- Embedded Hardware Design
- High-Speed PCB Design
- SDR & Wireless Communications
- Power Electronics
- Defence or Aerospace Electronics
- Experience with design validation, DFM/DFA, supplier qualification, manufacturing, and reliability engineering
- A leader who takes ownership, challenges assumptions, and builds highly reliable products
