Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Specialist located in Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon . The Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, implementing growth hacking strategies, and managing projects. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, establishing effective communication strategies, and working closely with the sales team to achieve company growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market and data analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Growth Hacking techniques and Sales strategies
- Project Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the EV charging or renewable energy industry is a plus
