I'm hiring on behalf of a client I mentor — a founder in the premium real estate space in Bangalore who needs a sharp, creative hand managing and growing his Instagram presence. This is a freelance role, and the right person may also get the opportunity to work across other projects in my network.
What you'll be doing:
→ Shooting and editing Reels and short-form video content
→ Managing posting schedules and content calendars
→ Driving organic Instagram growth through smart strategy
→ Staying on top of trends and adapting content accordingly
→ Reporting on what's working and iterating fast
Who I'm looking for:
→ Based in Bangalore — this is non-negotiable, as on-site shoots will be required
→ Strong portfolio of Instagram accounts you've grown or managed
→ Hands-on with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
→ Someone who understands real estate or premium lifestyle content is a big plus
→ Self-driven, reliable, and communicates proactively
