We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist – YouTube & Organic Media who can transform YouTube into a powerful organic growth channel, strengthen our digital presence, and generate measurable business impact 💡📈
💼 Role :- Growth Marketing Specialist – YouTube & Organic Media
📍 Location :- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work From Office)
⏳ Experience :- 2–4 Years
💰 Salary :- ₹ 35000 - ₹ 60000 / month + Performance Incentives
🕒 Employment Type:- Full-Time
🔹 What You'll Do :
✅ Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies.
✅ Plan content calendars aligned with business goals.
✅ Perform keyword research, YouTube SEO, and competitor analysis.
✅ Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and overall discoverability.
✅ Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics (CTR, Watch Time, Retention, Subscribers, Traffic Sources, etc.).
✅ Collaborate with designers, editors, and leadership to create high-performing content.
✅ Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve research, content planning, and workflow efficiency.
🔹 What We're Looking For :
✅ 2–4 years of experience growing YouTube channels.
✅ Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, Analytics, and Organic Marketing.
✅ Experience with Google Trends, vidIQ, TubeBuddy, or similar tools.
✅ Excellent analytical, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
✅ Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools.
✅ Experience in Technology, SaaS, B2B, Startups, or Digital Products is a plus.
