- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business workflows and aligning Legistify's SaaS solutions to their operational objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion (upselling features, modules, or user licenses) to hit growth targets.
2. Strategic Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
- Ensure timely, professional, and transparent communication to maintain elite levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Confidently handle high-level client queries, contract renewals, and strategic escalations in a solution oriented manner.
3. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:
- Proactively monitor account health metrics to identify potential churn risks, challenges, or platform adoption gaps early.
- Work diligently to resolve client friction points efficiently, putting permanent processes in place to prevent recurrence.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders-including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Onboarding teams-to ensure seamless service delivery and custom feature implementations.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, passing on critical feedback to our product teams to help guide Legistify's product roadmap.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of proven experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales (Prior experience within B2B Enterprise SaaS, Legal-Tech, or Fin-Tech domains is a major advantage).
- Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, present to, and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail; ability to turn client data and platform usage metrics into actionable growth plans.
- Agility: A strong learning aptitude with the ability to prioritize multi-layered accounts and adapt swiftly within a fast-growing, dynamic startup ecosystem.
What We Offer:
