We are looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to manage the complete onboarding, setup, and daily operations of our brand across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and other relevant platforms.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Register and set up seller accounts across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Manage seller onboarding, documentation, verification, and account activation.
• Create and optimise product listings, catalogues, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
• Manage inventory, orders, returns, pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate with platform teams, logistics partners, and internal packing and dispatch teams.
• Monitor account health, sales performance, customer feedback, and platform compliance.
• Resolve listing issues, account concerns, payment discrepancies, and seller support tickets.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and marketplace performance reports.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of quick-commerce onboarding and operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• FMCG, food, dry fruits, or D2C experience will be an advantage.
