General Manager – Corporate Partnerships & HNI

We are looking for an accomplished fundraising leader to spearhead our Corporate Partnerships & HNI
vertical in the region. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, influential, and relationship-driven professional who can unlock transformational partnerships, cultivate philanthropic networks, and drive sustainable revenue growth to power large-scale social change.
The Role
As the General Manager – Corporate Partnerships & HNI, you will lead CRY’s strategic fundraising
agenda focused on Corporate CSR partnerships, institutional alliances, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
(HNIs). You will be responsible for building long-term donor ecosystems, driving high-value partnerships,
and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner for corporations and philanthropists.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design innovative fundraising
strategies that align donor aspirations with measurable social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Fundraising & Revenue Growth
• Architect and execute a high-growth fundraising strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Drive ambitious revenue targets through corporate partnerships, CSR funding, and HNI
engagement
• Identify emerging market opportunities, donor trends, and strategic collaboration avenues
• Develop scalable fundraising models and long-term donor acquisition strategies
Corporate Partnerships & CSR Engagement
• Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs, CSR leaders, foundations, and corporate
stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end partnership development including prospecting, proposal development,
negotiations, onboarding, and stewardship
• Create compelling CSR pitches, partnership frameworks, and impact-led fundraising narratives
• Secure multi-year partnerships and high-value strategic alliances
HNI & Philanthropic Relationship Management
• Cultivate and expand a robust pipeline of HNI donors, philanthropists, and influential networks
• Design personalized donor engagement journeys and exclusive stewardship initiatives
• Drive donor retention, relationship deepening, and lifetime value enhancement
• Leverage industry networks and social capital to strengthen CRY’s donor ecosystem
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing fundraising team with strong accountability and
performance orientation
• Collaborate with program, communications, finance, and leadership teams to strengthen donor
engagement and impact communication
• Represent CRY at industry forums, leadership events, donor meetings, and strategic platforms
• Serve as a thought partner in strengthening fundraising innovation and organizational growth
Desired Profile
• Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Fundraising, Partnerships, Business
Development, Strategic Alliances
• Proven track record of securing high-value corporate and HNI partnerships
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, strategic networking, proposal writing, and
consultative selling
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and building high-performing
teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Passion for social impact, sustainability, and purpose-led leadership
