Attention follows human behavior, and behavior has patterns: what makes someone stop scrolling, feel something in the first second, or send it to a friend. The Mandate
- All our revenue comes in USD, and most of our creator payments go out in USD. You'll own the full USD–INR cycle: inbound remittances, documentation, outbound payments, and cutting forex conversion losses at every step.
- You'll run creator payments and internal payroll every month - calculated, checked, on time, across hundreds of US-based creators and the internal team.
- You'll manage our CA and CS firms - push them, catch their errors, keep us on top of GST, TDS, FEMA, and filings.
- You'll identify cost leaks, where to park liquid money, and how to mitigate bank commissions.
- You'll own all finance and admin operations end to end.
The Persona
We are looking for an elite Financial Operations Engine. You are a sharp, early-career professional with a top-tier academic pedigree and advanced credentials (CA/CPA or equivalent). You possess the technical ability to spot external errors, push back on senior advisors, and enforce absolute precision. Obsessively organized, you run a flawless, multi-currency cross-border system with zero leadership involvement.
The Bar
Our selection criteria are narrow. We look for those who have already survived a hyper-competitive filter:
Education: Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or quantitative STEM from a top-tier institution
Credentials: CA, CPA, or ACCA (completed or tracking toward) to ensure the baseline technical literacy needed to audit external work and manage entity guardrails.
Experience: 1–3 years managing cross-border capital flows, treasury, transaction advisory, or financial risk in high-growth startups or top-tier execution-heavy firms.
