Role Description The Senior Manager Corporate Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Banglore, responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across Apollo AyurVAID. This role oversees the preparation, review, and interpretation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The individual will develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and scenario analysis, partnering with senior leadership to evaluate investments, expansion opportunities, and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing cash flow and capital structure, and supporting board and investor presentations. The Senior Manager will also contribute to process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and implement best practices in corporate finance to enable sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including corporate finance principles and financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience in compliance, consolidation, and management reporting.
- Advanced Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Relevant academic CA must with 3 yrs experiernce in Heatlh care
- Several years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role, ideally within healthcare or services.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling tools proficiency; familiarity with ERP and financial systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- High degree of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
