About the role
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Strong expertise in Python 3.x.
- Extensive experience with FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy ORM, session management, and database transactions.
- Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, asynchronous programming, and thread-safe application development.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including:
- Database design
- Query optimization
- Performance tuning
- Indexing
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI, and Swagger.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, unit testing, and software engineering best practices.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
