- Inbound/Outbound Sales: Connect with customers to pitch customized DirecTV packages, channels, and hardware bundles.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly sales conversion targets efficiently.
- Objection Handling: Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotional discounts to overcome hesitation.
- Accurate Data Entry: Update customer choices, call notes, and sales configurations correctly in the system.
