Role Description This is a full-time, on-site freelance role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing Members, explaining the benefits of the inCruises® Membership, and supporting them through the booking process. Responsibilities may include presenting membership options, answering travel-related inquiries, providing customer support in person or via digital channels, and maintaining accurate records of member interactions. The freelance professional will collaborate with local and international teammates to help grow membership, promote travel offerings, and ensure a positive experience for Members throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain membership and travel options clearly and confidently.
- Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or a related field, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Comfort with using online platforms and digital tools to manage bookings, member information, and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet agreed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages in the Greater Delhi Area is an advantage.
- Knowledge or interest in cruises and international travel is beneficial.
- Prior experience in membership-based services, direct sales, or community building is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business, tourism, or hospitality is an asset.
