Role Description The Radio Frequency System Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating RF subsystems and integrated RF solutions for counter-drone systems. Day-to-day tasks include RF circuit and system design, simulation, and testing; defining system architectures; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and systems engineering) to integrate RF components into complete solutions. The role involves hands-on work with RF test and measurement equipment, analyzing system performance, optimizing RF chains, and supporting field trials and system deployment. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring close collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Strong RF Design and RF Systems skills, including experience with RF front-end design, antennas, filters, and receivers.
- Proficiency in Systems Design, with the ability to define architectures, requirements, and interfaces for complex RF-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with Spectrum Analyzer and related RF test equipment for measurement, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing and its application to radar, communications, or electronic warfare systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience with RF simulation and design tools (such as ADS, HFSS, MATLAB, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of aerospace and defence standards, EMI/EMC considerations, and environmental requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and document designs and test results clearly.
