Dr. Spin Laundry is a growing laundry and dry-cleaning brand focused on providing professional laundry solutions while building a strong network of modern laundry stores across India.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and build our presence across new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for Dr. Spin Laundry franchise opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners and investors.
- Conduct calls, meetings, presentations and follow-ups with prospective franchisees.
- Understand prospects’ investment requirements and recommend suitable business models.
- Explain the franchise model, business opportunity, setup process and support system.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise partners and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and other sales tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cities, locations and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations, marketing and project teams during the franchise onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups from initial enquiry to final closure.
- Prepare sales reports, lead updates and performance reports for management.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and prospective investors.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, real estate sales, business development or investment-based sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling calls, meetings and face-to-face presentations.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and revenue.
- Ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
- Good understanding of sales funnel and follow-up processes.
- Comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and other sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development when required.
- Candidates with experience in franchise sales or multi-unit business expansion will be preferred.
Salary - 15k to 20K per month
