Job details:
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru | Work from Office, 5 days/week
Duration: 3–6 months | Opportunity to convert to a full-time role
Process:
Apply -> Task Sent (if shortlisted) -> Interview (if Task shortlisted) -> Final Round with Founder(s) (Task/ Presentation/ Interview)
Work closely with a founder. Learn fast. Own things that matter.
At YourDOST, we're looking for a smart, driven and highly organised individual to work directly with our Co-founder on initiatives that cut across the organisation.
This is not a typical internship where you'll be assigned a fixed set of tasks. You'll work on whatever needs to move the organisation forward, from solving operational challenges to building systems and driving new initiatives.
What you'll work on
- People & Culture: Support hiring, performance management, culture-building and other people initiatives.
- Execution & Governance: Work with functional leaders to track priorities, drive follow-ups, build accountability and ensure things get done.
- Systems & Processes: Create structures, processes and governance mechanisms that help teams operate better.
- Technology & Analytics: Build dashboards, reports and automations using spreadsheets, AI and no-code tools.
- New Initiatives: Research, experiment, launch and eventually own projects end-to-end.
Who we're looking for
- Exceptionally organised, disciplined and reliable. Someone who doesn't need repeated follow-ups.
- Smart, curious and resourceful. Someone who figures things out rather than waiting for instructions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable working with people, following up with senior leaders and holding conversations with confidence.
- High ownership. If you commit to something, you see it through.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, AI tools and technology to improve how work gets done.
If you read till here, you deserve a direct pass - here is an easter egg for you - an email id (puneetmanuja@yourdost.com) to directly write to me with subject: Easter Egg - Founder's Office Internship. If your resume gets shortlisted (you still have to apply here) you will be first to receive the task and interview before others.
Who should apply
Fresh graduates or early-career professionals who have completed their graduation and are looking to build a career in business operations, strategy, general management or entrepreneurship.
We're particularly interested in people who can see themselves continuing with YourDOST full-time after the internship.
What you can expect
You'll work directly with a founder, get exposure to how a growing organisation operates, receive hands-on guidance and feedback, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.
You'll get the time, trust and support to learn. In return, we expect ownership, discipline and a strong bias for execution.
This is a 3–6 month, full-time, in-office internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and mutual fit.
If you're someone who loves bringing order to chaos, takes pride in getting things done and wants to learn by doing, we'd love to hear from you.
