About Stance Health
Stance Health is an evidence-backed physiotherapy and performance healthcare company focused on injury prevention, pain management, movement optimization, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Through technology-backed assessments, evidence-based treatment protocols, and long-term strength programs, we help individuals recover better, move better, and perform at their highest potential.
We currently operate 5 centres across Bengaluru — HSR, Whitefield, Indiranagar, JP Nagar and Koramangala — delivering 5,000+ sessions every month.
As we continue expanding across Bengaluru, we are building the systems, growth engines, partnerships, and operating capabilities required to scale Stance into a leading high-performance healthcare brand.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Founders’ Office to work closely with the founding team on high-priority business initiatives across growth, revenue, partnerships, expansion, and operations.
This is a high-ownership role with significant exposure to the business. You will be expected to take initiatives from problem identification through execution and measurement, working across functions and directly with external stakeholders where required.
The role will involve both strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution. Depending on the initiative, your work could range from identifying a new growth opportunity and developing the approach to executing a partnership, supporting a new centre launch, running an on-ground activation, or analysing the performance of an initiative and determining the next course of action.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where the problems are not always clearly defined and where ownership extends beyond a fixed functional responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Revenue
- Work with the founders to identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue and customer growth.
- Develop and execute initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, referrals, partnerships, and new revenue channels.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new services, programs, and offerings.
- Evaluate pricing, packaging, and monetization opportunities.
- Track the performance of growth initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships across relevant businesses, institutions, communities, corporates, and other external stakeholders.
- Initiate conversations, manage follow-ups, and drive partnerships through to execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Develop partnership proposals and support commercial discussions.
- Measure partnership performance and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives.
3. Expansion & GTM
- Support the expansion of Stance across Bengaluru through market research, location evaluation, and launch execution.
- Conduct on-ground research to assess potential locations, customer segments, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Support new centre launches across planning, partnerships, local activation, and execution.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of launches and pilots.
4. On-Ground Execution
- Plan and execute events, activations, campaigns, and other customer-facing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, institutions, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct centre visits and on-ground market assessments as required.
- Identify execution gaps and resolve operational issues independently.
- Ensure initiatives are executed within defined timelines and objectives.
5. Business Operations
- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.
- Translate business priorities into structured execution plans.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure clear ownership and follow-through.
- Support the implementation and improvement of processes as the business scales.
- Monitor execution against agreed objectives, timelines, and performance metrics.
6. Data & Business Performance
- Track key business metrics across revenue, growth, customer acquisition, partnerships, and centre performance.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business reviews.
- Evaluate the performance of experiments and initiatives and recommend next steps.
- Present findings and recommendations to the founding team in a clear and structured manner.
What We Are Looking For

- Business growth and revenue
- Business development and partnerships
- Startup or business operations
- GTM and expansion
- Project or initiative ownership
- On-ground execution
- Events, launches, campaigns, or activations
- Cross-functional business initiatives
Your previous job title is less important than the scope of work you have actually handled and the outcomes you have delivered.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in environments where they were required to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, solve ambiguous problems, and take responsibility for outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in business growth, business development, operations, partnerships, GTM, or similar execution-oriented roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong commercial and business understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage and execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-through.
- Comfortable with regular on-ground work and travel across Bengaluru as required..
- Comfortable working 6 days from the office.
Note: No postgraduate qualification is required or preferred. Business Analyst roles would not be the right fit.
Who Will Succeed in This Role - The role is suited to someone who:
- Takes ownership without requiring constant direction.
- Can move comfortably between analysis, decision-making, and execution.
- Is commercially minded and understands the connection between initiatives and business outcomes.
- Can work with founders as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Can structure an unclear problem and independently determine the next steps.
- Has a strong bias towards execution and measurable outcomes.
- Is comfortable working across functions rather than operating within a narrowly defined role.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a pure analytics, reporting, recruitment, product management, or coordination role.
The position requires meaningful involvement in business execution, growth, partnerships, expansion, and operations. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to analysis, reporting, functional support, or specialist responsibilities may not be the right fit.
Why Join Stance Health

- Opportunity to contribute to new centre launches and business-building initiatives.
- High level of ownership and visibility into business decisions.
