Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling, with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service, ensuring efficient, friendly, and guest-focused interactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain menu items, share product stories, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality environments is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of specialty coffee or a strong interest in learning about coffee origins and brewing methods is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and handle a fast-paced environment.
