Finance Manager – FP&A, Business Finance & Controllership
Location: Pune
Shift: Day Shift

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and commercially driven Finance Manager to support Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, Management Reporting, Forecasting, and Strategic Analysis. The role will partner closely with senior leadership and help strengthen and scale the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close, review P&L, Balance Sheet, accruals, provisions, and controls.
- Prepare MIS, management dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Drive revenue, margin, and EBITDA forecasting; analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, business cases, and scenario analysis.
- Partner with Business, Delivery, HR, and Operations teams on profitability, pricing, and commercial decisions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants.
- Improve finance processes, reporting, controls, automation, and SOPs.
- Guide and review the work of Finance team members.
Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Controllership, or Finance Management.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- Experience in IT Services, Technology, SaaS, or Professional Services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate
We prefer candidates from $20M-$100M organizations who have owned end-to-end finance responsibilities over those from larger organizations with highly specialized roles.
The ideal candidate should operate like a "Mini Finance Head" who can independently manage finance operations while providing strategic insights to leadership.
