What You'll Own
📊 Revenue, cost, and profitability analysis across business verticals
💡 Unit economics and business case evaluation for new initiatives
📈 MIS, dashboards, and business performance reporting
📉 Variance analysis with actionable insights
🤝 Partner with Business, Sales, Product, and Leadership on key decisions
📚 Books of accounts, month-end close, and financial statement accuracy
📑 Statutory, internal, and tax audits — end-to-end closure
⚖️ Regulatory and secretarial compliance, including ESOP/CCPS matters
🛡️ Internal financial controls and governance
🧾 Tax and statutory compliance across finance operations
We're Looking For
✔️ 4–7 years in business finance/FP&A and controllership, ideally at a high-growth startup
✔️ CA (mandatory), strong in Ind AS, tax, and financial controls
✔️ Hands-on with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, audits, and compliance
✔️ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
✔️ Sharp at turning data into business recommendations
✔️ Strong stakeholder management across business and audit/regulatory teams
