About Respirit Healthcare
Respirit Healthcare is a DPIIT-recognized medtech startup building an AI-enabled portable respiratory diagnostic device, with Breathe Superspeciality Clinic in Guwahati as its clinical arm. We have raised funding from BIRAC, ICMR, STPI, and Startup India, and were recently selected among 25 Indian startups for the UK–India HealthTech Accelerator Programme 2026.
About the role
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO on the financial engine of the company. Your job is to turn our financial data into dashboards, reports, and investor-ready material.
This is a CFO-track seat. The person who masters financial operations, grant fund management, and investor support in this role will be first in line to lead the finance function as the company scales. We won't promise you a title — we'll give you the room to earn one faster than any corporate job allows.
What you'll own
- Monthly MIS: consolidated financial dashboards across our clinic and R&D verticals (Zoho Books, bank statements, payroll data)
- Grant fund tracking: utilization schedules and reporting inputs for government funders including BIRAC, STPI, ICMR, and state schemes
- The investor data room: keeping it complete, current, and audit-ready at all times
- Investor meeting support: preparation briefs, attending meetings with the CEO, and owning notes and follow-ups to closure
- Ad-hoc analysis for the CEO: cost modeling, pricing inputs, and funding comparisons
Who should apply
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA-Inter / B.Com — the degree matters less than what you can do. Every shortlisted candidate takes an Excel test before any interview. The test decides your candidacy, not your marksheet.
- Strong written English — you will write one-page briefs the CEO uses in real investor and grant meetings
- Based in Guwahati or committed to relocating permanently. We especially welcome Northeast-origin graduates elsewhere in India who want to return home to a serious, funded startup.
- 0–2 years of experience. High ownership, comfort with direct feedback, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
