Founder’s Office
Genloop · Full-time · In-office
About Genloop
Genloop is a data intelligence OS that connects to a company’s data estate, understands its business context, and enables analytics, reporting, and AI workflows for business users.
The hard part isn’t putting a chat interface on top of data. It’s making the answers trustworthy. Genloop is ranked #1 on Spider 2.0 at 97% accuracy, and enterprises use our platform across real operational workflows, including thousands of retail stores.
We’re a small, fast-moving team. There are always more important problems than people available to solve them.
The role
This is a Founder’s Office role for an AI-native operator.
You’ll work directly with the founder and own some of the highest-leverage problems in the company. Those problems will change as Genloop grows.
One month you might build our content GTM. The next, automate an internal workflow. The next, ship a small internal product.
You won’t wait for detailed briefs. You’ll understand the objective, figure out what needs to happen, and own the outcome.
Our operating philosophy:
Own it → systematize it → automate it → move to the next harder problem.
We don’t want you to become great at repetitive work. We want you to eliminate it and keep moving toward higher-order problems.
Your first projects
1. Content GTM
Own and build Genloop’s content engine across SEO, AEO, technical content, founder-led content, and distribution. Figure out what our buyers are searching and asking AI about, create content that wins those conversations, and build systems to scale it.
2. Internal tooling & automation
Find repetitive workflows across the company and automate them. Build lightweight internal products using AI agents, APIs, scripts, no-code tools, or code. If a tool you need doesn’t exist, you should be excited to build it.
3. Whatever matters next
Customer research. Product experiments. GTM. Competitive intelligence. Messaging. Special projects.
The task will change. Ownership won’t.
What we’re looking for
High agency: You see a problem and move toward it without waiting for a checklist.
Entrepreneurial: You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with incomplete information.
AI-native: Using ChatGPT every day isn’t enough. You naturally ask: Why am I doing this manually? Can I automate 80% of it? Can I build a system for it?
Builder: You like making things, whether that’s an automation, internal tool, landing page, content engine, workflow, or small product.
Strong communicator: You can understand something complicated and explain it simply.
Fast learner: You’ll regularly work on things you’ve never done before.
Outcome-oriented: You care about what changed, not how busy you were.
You might be a fit if
* You have 1–4 years of experience in a startup, product, growth, engineering, consulting, Founder’s Office, or another high-ownership environment
* You’ve built side projects, automations, tools, or products because you wanted them to exist
* You use AI deeply and constantly experiment with better ways of working
* You can write clearly and communicate across technical and business teams
* Ambiguity gives you energy rather than frustration
* You want unusually broad exposure to building a startup
Exceptional fresh graduates with strong evidence of building and ownership should also apply.
Probably not a fit if
* You need a detailed task list every week
* You want to stay inside one narrow function
* You prefer strategy while someone else executes
* You’re uncomfortable aggressively adopting AI and automation
* You want the Founder’s Office title more than the accountability that comes with it
What you’ll get
* Work directly with the founder on company-level problems
* Exposure across GTM, product, growth, research, and operations
* Autonomy to build systems and products, not just execute processes
* Access to the AI tools and software you need to move fast
* Increasingly difficult problems as you grow
The reward for automating your job is a harder problem
