Cre-AID Labs is a medtech startup building MITHRIL Splints an eco-friendly, bioplastic casting & splinting system for faster, more comfortable patient recovery. We're growing our e-commerce presence and looking for an E-Commerce Intern to work directly with the Founder.
What you'll do:
- Manage & optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Shopify & other platforms
- Design promotional posters, banners, and product creatives using Canva/design tools for campaigns & social media
- Track sales, inventory, orders, returns, and customer reviews
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports/dashboards for leadership
- Support marketplace promotions, SEO, and ad campaigns
- Research competitors and identify new digital/healthcare platforms
- Coordinate with design, ops, and logistics teams
What we're looking for:
- Background in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills & analytical mindset
- Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic graphic/content creation
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Bonus: experience with Amazon Seller Central/Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, marketplace SEO/PPC, or healthcare products
