Kindmed Devices Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing Indian manufacturer of innovative gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy devices. We are expanding our sales team and looking for passionate, results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to promote our advanced endoscopy portfolio and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Kindmed's GI Endoscopy products to gastroenterologists, endoscopists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during clinical procedures when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans and regularly report market activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales.
- Prior experience in GI Endoscopy, ERCP, Gastroenterology, Surgical Devices, or Interventional Medical Devices will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
