🚨 We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Healthism Fitness Systems (HFS)
Healthism Fitness Systems (HFS) is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our commercial gym equipment business. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
What you'll do:
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries end-to-end, from first contact to final sale
- Sell commercial gym equipment from our inventory to gyms, fitness studios, and franchise buyers across India
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right equipment setup for their space and budget
- Coordinate with the operations team on quotations, delivery timelines, and after-sales support
- Support marketing efforts around equipment launches, offers, and promotions (social media, WhatsApp, email)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with gym owners, franchisees, and fitness entrepreneurs
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, B2B, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A background in the gym/fitness industry is highly preferred, whether as a trainer or gym staff, since you'll understand the customer and the product
- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and closing conversations independently
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
