We're hiring: Field Sales Executive (Jaipur)
Neoflik is the operating system for small business - one platform for sales, inventory, billing, customers and an online store. We're looking for someone who can walk into a shop, demo it live, configure it to the owner's business on the spot, and close the deal.
Semi-technical. Field-based. Target-driven. Fixed salary + uncapped incentives.
If you've sold software to SMBs and you're at your best on the ground, not behind a desk - let's talk. Apply below or DM me.
About us
FlikSpace Innovations builds Neoflik - an all-in-one operating system that lets a small business run sales, inventory, billing, customers, support and an online store from one platform, configured by the owner without a consultant. We're taking it to the SMBs that Zoho and SAP price out.
The role
You'll own the full field sales cycle for SMB owners across wholesale, retail, coaching and insurance: prospect, run live product demos, configure the product to the customer's business on the spot, handle objections, and close. This is a target-based, on-ground role - most of your week is in the market meeting owner-operators, not at a desk.
What you'll do
● Generate and qualify leads in your territory; build your own pipeline alongside company-provided leads.
● Deliver hands-on Neoflik demos - show how it maps to their business (their stock, their invoices, their workflow).
● Translate a business problem into the right Neoflik setup; comfortable configuring modules, not just presenting slides.
● Run the cycle end to end: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, and a smooth handover to onboarding.
● Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets; keep CRM and pipeline data clean.
● Feed real customer objections and feature gaps back to the product team.
What we're looking for
● 2 to 4 years in field or B2B sales, ideally SaaS, software, or tech products sold to SMBs.
● Semi-technical: genuinely understands apps and software solutions and can demo them confidently - you don't need a developer beside you.
● Proven target achievement (please mention your numbers).
● Strong spoken Hindi and English; comfortable selling to owner-operators.
● Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and willing to travel across the territory daily.
● Comfortable with CRM tools and a structured sales process.
● Self-driven, resilient, and money-motivated.
Nice to have
● Sold ERP, CRM, billing, POS or accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Vyapar, and similar).
● Existing relationships with SMBs, distributors, or retailers in the region.
● Exposure to GST and invoicing, or to retail and wholesale operations.
What we offer
● Fixed salary plus uncapped incentives on closures.
● A genuinely differentiated product that's live in production, not just a pitch.
● A ground-floor role with a growing product company and a real growth path.
● A direct line to the founders and the product team.
Location: Jaipur (field).
Type: Full-time, target-based.
