We're Hiring: B2C Sales Executive | Gurugram (On-site, Full-time)
Carts On Wheel — a specialized manufacturer of custom design carts, food carts, food counters, and shop counters, serving businesses across India since 1995 — is looking for a driven B2C Sales Executive to join our Gurugram team.
With a strong presence across the NCR region, we've built our reputation on reliable delivery, tailored solutions, and long-term customer relationships. 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
📅 Experience: 2–3 years in sales
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with individual customers and small business owners to understand their cart/counter requirements
- Recommend suitable products and customizations; conduct product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company guidelines
- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with production and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and gather customer feedback
- Support local promotional activities to drive sales growth
What We're Looking For
- Strong B2C sales and customer relationship skills — lead handling, needs assessment, and closing
- Clear communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of retail, food service, or manufacturing environments
- Comfortable using phone, email, and basic computer tools (spreadsheets/CRM)
- Prior experience in field sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Minimum high school education; diploma/degree in business or marketing is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and work flexible hours when needed
