✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, Food & Beverage or Distributor Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Good knowledge of the local Amravati market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
📌 Job Duties
- Handle retail and distributor sales in the assigned area.
- Visit retailers and distributors regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new retail and distributor accounts.
- Take orders and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor product availability and stock at outlets.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Support promotional activities and product visibility.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order and delivery operations.
🎯 Incentives
- Extra incentives on achieving sales targets.
- 💰 Salary & Benefits : Salary: ₹13,000/month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹120/day
- Performance Incentives: Extra incentives based on target achievement
