📌 Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Industrial safety & Fire Fighting equipment’s sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of fire and safety products/services through effective marketing strategies.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Create promotional materials, digital content, and client-focused proposals.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management for product development and strategic planning.
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any Streams, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in fire & safety equipment or industrial products. Freshers Also welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding of fire and safety products (PPE, extinguishers, alarms, suppression systems, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
