Sales & Marketing Executive – Short JD
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through market visits, networking, digital platforms, and references.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and customers.
- Promote and sell uPVC doors & windows/profile products.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert leads into orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the estimation, production, dispatch, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, and sales follow-up records.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product presentations.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field; BBA/B.Com/BE/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in uPVC, building materials, doors & windows, or construction industry preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
