Role Description The Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client locations. This role includes supervising guards and supervisors, monitoring shift schedules, ensuring adherence to entrance and gate-control protocols, and conducting regular site inspections and patrols. The Field Officer coordinates crisis-response actions, documents incidents, and ensures timely reporting and communication with clients and internal management. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring ground staff, maintaining discipline and professional conduct, and implementing standard operating procedures that align with Stalworth’s safety and service standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand changing security needs and ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong background in security operations, field supervision, and guard force management.
- Experience in shift planning, roster management, and on-site coordination for residential, commercial, or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of access control procedures, visitor management, emergency response protocols, and incident documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, residents, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce discipline, and provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Good physical fitness and readiness for frequent on-site visits, patrolling, and extended shifts when required.
- Familiarity with basic reporting tools, mobile apps, or systems used for monitoring and logging security activities.
- Previous experience in security services, facility management, or related fields; experience with residential and hospitality clients is an advantage.
- Minimum of a higher secondary school certificate; vocational or professional certification in security management, defense, or facility operations is preferred.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
