Job Description – Field Marketing ExecutiveNatraj Construction is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Jamshedpur.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and building strong relationships with customers. The role involves regular field visits to builders, contractors, architects, businesses, and project sites to promote our construction and Aluminium & Glass solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Generate leads and connect with potential clients.
- Visit builders, contractors, architects, businesses, and project sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the internal team.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the company.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Represent Natraj Construction professionally in the market.
Requirements- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
