Role Description The Fashion Stylist at 108 Bespoke will work full time, on-site in Chennai, collaborating directly with customers to understand their style preferences, body type, and wardrobe needs. Responsibilities include advising clients on fabric choices, colors, fits, and overall looks, while curating formal and office wear outfits that align with both personal style and professional requirements. The role involves conducting wardrobe consultations, coordinating fittings, and ensuring that bespoke garments complement each customer’s existing wardrobe. The Fashion Stylist will also support sales by presenting product options, explaining customization possibilities, and maintaining strong customer relationships through attentive, high-quality service. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the tailoring team, documenting client measurements and style notes, and contributing to visual merchandising or styling ideas that enhance the brand’s image.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe planning skills to create cohesive, tailored looks for diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and deliver a comfortable, personalized experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client relationship-building skills to support revenue growth through consultative, non-pressuring interactions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of fabrics, fits, and tailoring fundamentals, with an eye for detail and current fashion trends in formal and office wear.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, bespoke tailoring, or personal styling, along with the ability to work on-site in Chennai with a flexible schedule, is beneficial.
