Job Description – Fashion Stylist & Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Fashion Stylist & Social Media Coordinator to manage the styling, planning, and execution of fashion shoots while also handling the brand’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate fashion photoshoots, campaign shoots, and content productions.
* Develop styling concepts, mood boards, and visual direction for shoots.
* Coordinate with photographers, models, makeup artists, hair stylists, videographers, and other creatives.
* Arrange and manage outfits, accessories, props, and other shoot requirements.
* Ensure shoots are executed smoothly and on schedule.
* Manage the brand’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
* Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Create and coordinate social media content, including Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
* Work with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
* Identify trends in fashion and social media and incorporate relevant trends into content.
* Coordinate content production from concept to final posting.
* Assist with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
* Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and current trends.
* Good creative sense and attention to visual details.
* Experience in coordinating photoshoots or fashion productions.
* Understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media content creation.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
* Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
