Role Description The Fashion Stylist will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, guiding clients through personalized styling and wardrobe consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client preferences and lifestyles, curating bespoke looks, and coordinating fabric, fit, and design details with the tailoring team. The role involves providing exceptional in-store client experiences, advising on wardrobe-building for different occasions, and maintaining a high standard of visual presentation in the lounge. The Fashion Stylist will also support sales by recommending products that align with Suit Lounge’s aesthetic and values, managing appointments, and contributing to client relationship building and retention.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe planning skills to create cohesive, bespoke looks for diverse professional clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a refined, consultative in-person experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support client recommendations, conversions, and repeat business in a luxury environment.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of menswear, fabrics, fits, and tailoring processes, with prior experience in luxury retail or styling considered an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site, including managing appointments and collaborating with the tailoring team.
