Farm Shaala is an agri-education, experiential learning organization that reconnects people with nature through hands-on farm experiences. Spread across a 125-acre farm, we offer immersive programs for schools, colleges, families, and educational institutions.

About the Role:-
We are looking for a Farm Instructor with a background in Agriculture or related field who enjoys hands-on farm work and interacting with children.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about agriculture, comfortable working outdoors and excited about making farming fun and educational for the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and support day-to-day agricultural activities across the farm.
- Assist with planting, sowing, harvesting and general farm maintenance.
- Conduct hands-on farming and agricultural activities for school students and visitors.
- Explain agricultural concepts and farming practices in a simple, engaging, fun manner.
- Guide and supervise students during farm activities while ensuring their safety.
- Prepare and maintain farm activity areas, tools, equipment, and learning spaces.
- Support the planning and execution of school visits, workshops and other experiential programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field.
Strong interest in practical, hands-on farming.
Comfortable working outdoors and in farm environment.
Ability to engage with and teach school children.
Ability to explain agricultural concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Willingness to take an active role in both farm operations and educational activities.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in agriculture and experiential learning are encouraged to apply.
