Experience: 1–2 years in export operations, documentation, logistics, and international shipments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment and documentation closure.
- Coordinate with international customers on orders, documentation, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs agents, and logistics partners.
- Manage cargo booking, pickup, customs coordination, shipment tracking, and ETD/ETA.
- Ensure compliance with customs, legal, regulatory, and export documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, production, accounts, warehouse, and other internal teams for timely execution.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, export MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate export payments, invoices, freight costs, and related financial documentation.
- Handle shipment issues and ensure timely resolution with customers and logistics partners.
- Support export quotations and commercial documentation.
- Maintain working knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, cargo handling, and international shipping.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and achievement of export targets and KPIs.

Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of relevant export experience.
- Knowledge of export documentation, customs, logistics, and international shipping.
- Familiarity with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA/customs processes.
- Knowledge of commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and Incoterms.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven with ownership of export execution.
