Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Onsite)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance analytics. The right candidate is not only proficient in current email marketing tools and best practices but also passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable results..
Responsibilities:
• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Reach a minimum of 5000-6000 people/businesses in a day
• Generate a minimum of 50-60 positive B2B leads in a month
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of email marketing experience within Recruitment Industry in RPO/Staffing Company.
• 1+ years’ experience managing end-to-end email campaigns
• Email mining (5000-6000 per day)
• Experience generating B2B Leads.
• Experience working for USA based leads.
• Experience in A/B testing.
• Skilled in email database management
• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a remote work environment
